The World’s first photo

The first permanent photograph was an image produced in 1826 by the French inventor Joseph Nicéphore Niépce.

One summer day in France in 1826, Joseph Niepce took the worlds’s first photograph. It’s a photo of some farm buildings and the sky. It took an exposure time of 8 hours.

This however is a real scene, a courtyard and roofs. It probably looked something like this:
